Completely overhauled an outdated e-commerce app, focusing on UX, load speeds, and introducing an AR try-on feature.
The Challenge
The previous app had a high cart abandonment rate due to slow loading times and a convoluted checkout process.
Our Solution
A ground-up rebuild using Flutter. We implemented an edge caching strategy via Cloudflare and streamlined the checkout journey to 3 intuitive steps. Integrated an AR SDK allowing users to digitally "try on" accessories.
